The house has a south-facing courtyard and is on two floors, with the living area located on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor. The house looks like a compact and closed volume, particularly on the north side. The windows of the west rooms on the first floor are located inside niches carved on the façade. They appear as real “telescopes” that open onto the garden outside the house and onto the landscape. The main entrance to the house is located inside the courtyard formed by the house and the porch; a second entrance to the service areas is provided by the porch. The roof has two inclined slopes with asymmetrical roof top compared to the plan of the house.
